You take joy in being a design enthusiast and you’re a highly skilled creative professional, expertly shaping concepts into reality through graphic and experience design. Meticulous about details, you’re a perfectionist, ensuring our award-winning solutions captivate a national / global audience. You’re able to work well on your own and also possess outstanding teamwork skills. You're flexible and don’t mind shifting priorities. Comfortable presenting your work internally and in front of senior clients, you have clear and concise communication ability, great time management skills, and a constant flow of creative ideas that always tell a compelling story.

Position Overview:

Reporting into the Chief Creative Officer. We are looking for a Designer Director to work alongside our Creative Directors, day to day, and lead the Questus design discipline (The Studio). The graphic design team within The Studio is primarily focused on the following:

  • Experience design (UX)

  • Motion, animation and illustration

  • Web and application UI design

  • Systems design

  • Guideline development

  • Prototype creation

  • Presentation / sales materials

To be successful in this role, you must have an in-depth knowledge of graphic design, trends, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing platform engagements from conception to production (i.e. design systems and websites). Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining brand voice visually on assigned accounts/projects

  • Keep up-to-date on trends in graphic design, art, film, popular culture and trends

  • Master Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and other creative suite applications; familiarity with Keynote and Google Slides

  • Mentor members of the graphic design team within The Studio

  • Ensure that all products and experiences are delivered on time and to the highest standards of quality


  • 10+ years of experience in graphic design, branding and experience design in an agency setting, creating award winning creative solutions  across a range of static, dynamic and interactive media (print, digital and web, three-dimensional, environmental, etc.)

  • Knowledge of interaction design, motion/film and animation is a plus

At Questus, our compensation approach aligns with a pay-for-performance philosophy, rewarding outstanding individual and team achievements. For this role, the salary range is typically $160,000 - $185,000 USD per year. The final base pay is determined by factors like location, job-related skills, experience, and internal equity. Additionally, permanent employees may qualify for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to specific eligibility criteria.
