We are looking for a Designer to join our creative team. Work directly with our other graphic designers to deliver amazing websites, social media, emails, and more for our clients. We are looking for someone who is a curious mind, and creative soul. Someone passionate about creating brands, who loves all things design and is happiest when making something. Someone who wants their designs to not only look incredible, but to also solve a problem or communicate an idea.
Translate creative direction and brand strategy into design solutions that that are both strategic and visually stunning
Think and work individually but also thrive in collaborative processes
Motivated, organized and able to think and execute creatively and meticulously with a sharp eye for detail
Ability to take direction, and change direction as the project requires
Respond well to input from others
Design based on creative direction in a wide variety of styles
Think conceptually and contribute fresh ideas
Stay current on trends, best practices, and innovations, and can share those findings with the team to constantly look for opportunities to implement them in designs
Execute in a variety of styles with a high level of finish and design within established brand guidelines and frameworks
Experience building files for both print and digital formats
2-3 years of design/production experience
Experience in an advertising agency or in-house art dept preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
Versatile designer able to tailor the design style and approach to the client
Team player willing to tackle whatever work gets thrown your way where no project is too big or small
Hands on designer who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to get the job done
Passionate about working on a diverse range of projects and clients - love to learn about new products, services, missions and thrives in an environment where everyday brings something new
Demonstrate the ability to independently handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, effectively manage priorities, and communicate progress
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can present ideas clearly to others
Ability to work on a variety of project types including marketing collateral, email design, social and digital content, advertising design, and sales materials
Uphold a high level of quality in every project with a keen eye for detail
Possess knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software
At Questus, our compensation approach aligns with a pay-for-performance philosophy, rewarding outstanding individual and team achievements. For this role, the salary range is typically $70,000-$80,000 USD per year. The final base pay is determined by factors like location, job-related skills, experience, and internal equity. Additionally, permanent employees may qualify for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to specific eligibility criteria.
