About You
You're a sales pro with a hunter mentality and a proven track record of new business development in direct-to-brand sales. You have strong industry relationships, particularly with executives and influencers at large brands. You have deep experience in the world of advertising and marketing, and combine research and insight to tailor your approach and connect authentically with prospects.
You're also a farmer—adept at expanding relationships within existing accounts. You're collaborative, driven, and define success by consistently exceeding goals.
Position Overview
As Head of Growth, you'll report to the Co-CEO and lead revenue generation across two fronts:
1. New Business: Leverage current relationships and generate new leads that lead to RFP’s for projects, retainers and AOR relationships.
2. Client Growth: Partner with Account Services to expand agency services with existing clients, especially within multi-brand/multi-business organizations.
Essential Functions
Manage all phases of the sales pipeline with a core focus on the upper and mid-funnel.
Build and nurture strategic prospect relationships, leveraging both personal and company networks to communicate our value.
Lead brand/marketing discussions to uncover client goals and opportunities.
Clearly convey Questus’ positioning and differentiators.
Work with Leadership and pitch teams through the RFP process and through the successful delivery of a pitch.
Research new verticals and develop scalable outreach strategies.
Align with Marketing and Accounts on funnel movement and content needs.
Drive growth through strategic partnerships and events.
Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Qualifications
12+ years of strategic sales experience with agency, consultancy, media or marketing background.
Deep understanding of branding, digital, and emerging marketing trends.
Proven success in direct-to-brand sales and executive-level conversations.
Strategic thinker with strong execution and communication skills.
Experience collaborating with marketing/content teams.
