Position Description:

As Senior Account Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with an Account Supervisor (or an Account Director) on strategy discussions, while being responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects—digital, social, production, web, or integrated marketing campaigns. You will own projects from start to finish by developing project briefs, managing deliverables with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that deliverables are executed on time, on budget, and on strategy. You may also support the Account Team in overall account growth.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on projects from start to finish while delivering on time, on budget, and on strategy

  • Develop project timelines, and manage against timing shifts and subsequent resource adjustments throughout the duration of projects

  • Develop project scope and estimates for assigned new projects

  • Collaborate with Account Team and Department Leads to manage resource allocations

  • Lead project teams and various departments to ensure that projects are on  track

  • Communicate confidently and clearly (in-person, over the phone and in emails) with the client, internal teams and external resources

  • Manage and organize project folders and project assets

  • Manage status updates for internal and client status meetings

  • Ensure that all project documentation and deliverables are reviewed and approved prior to delivery to the client

  • Manage financial tracking of all assigned projects, and proactively escalate any resource or scoping issues

  • Mentor supporting team members and/or interns, as applicable

  • Lead multiple, concurrent projects that meet client and agency success metrics

  • Review, analyze and evaluate agency output against client needs and objectives

  • Produce well-written and organized project documentation (notes, briefs, status sheets, internal and external recap emails, etc.)


  • 4+ years of account or project management experience in a digital advertising agency

  • Bachelor’s degree required (degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus)

  • Others around you perceive you to be adaptable, respectful, independent and proactive

  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment and excels in it

  • Able to multi-task and juggle multiple projects running in parallel

  • Calm under pressure, and able to do what it takes the get the job done

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills

  • Ability to own project workstreams from commencement to completion confidently, autonomously and with the utmost attention to detail to ensure error-free deliverables

  • Adaptive to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes

  • Demonstrated presentation, written and oral communication skills

  • Strong client-service orientation and proven team player

  • Well-versed in digital advertising. Social media advertising a bonus.

  • Well developed analytical & problem-solving skills

  • Occasional travel to client

  • Successfully manage projects where you must collaborate internally with multiple departments and externally with the client and external resources such as vendors or freelancers

  • You are passionate about the concepts of ownership, responsibility and teamwork

At Questus, our compensation approach aligns with a pay-for-performance philosophy, rewarding outstanding individual and team achievements. For this role, the salary range is typically $80,000 - $85,000 USD per year. The final base pay is determined by factors like location, job-related skills, experience, and internal equity. Additionally, permanent employees may qualify for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to specific eligibility criteria.
