Job Title: Content Manager

About Us

Questus is an award-winning marketing agency looking for a Content Manager to help build our brand through content, social media, email and web site management.  

This role involves working with creative, strategy and executive teams to manage and create a broad spectrum of deliverables including social posts, case studies, conference presentations, videos and public relations outreach. Candidates must be self-motivated, creative, collaborative, good communicators, and detail oriented.

The position reports to the EVP of Client Services and will work closely with the agency’s Founding Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and modify artwork for social media content, website content and new business pitches

  • Manage agency content calendar for social media, website and email CRM

  • Manage and develop content using SquareSpace for the Questus website

  • Manage entire email CRM process, including copy and artwork

  • Manage and assist with shooting and editing videos for case studies and content campaigns

  • Assist with outreach to conferences and press for agency public relations

  • Assist with writing headlines and copy for social media content, website content and new business pitches

Qualifications:

  • This position requires a college degree and at least 1 year of account manager or similar

  • Experience with content management tools

  • Comfort with shooting and editing photos and video

  • Comfort writing copy and creating social media posts

  • Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects to meet tight deadlines


Location:

  • This full-time position will be fulfilled in our San Francisco office (for local residents only).
