Position Overview

Design diva. Wizard of words. Captain of creatives. You are a fountain of ideas, good-will, new directions, and beautiful creations. As the creative lead you will work with other creative people in all Questus divisions. We believe great ideas come from every-where. Your job is to nurture, iterate and grow great ideas from your team and beyond.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead creative efforts for both current clients and new business pitches

  • Lead brand storytelling through the development of creative platforms that em-body our client’s brands and inspire and ignite their consumers

  • Guide and lead the creative team to create brand platforms, brand storytelling, content creation, and digital activations for our clients

  • Work with strategy, research and data, account management, media, and production resources to ensure that deadlines and client budgets are adhered to, and client expectations are exceeded

  • Understand the opportunities offered by digital, social and technology platforms and media and translate these developments into winning strategies for the agency’s clients

  • Establish best practices and processes for cross-team collaboration, and ensure quality is monitored

  • Fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for a diverse group of individuals

  • Optimizing the creative culture within the company by celebrating the team’s work online, in industry events, blog posts, and becoming an industry thought leader



  • Deep understanding of content creation, social activations and digital/video campaigns. Good understanding of media, media strategies, channels, and ad types

  • Seasoned approach to brand building and ability to translate that understand-ing into innovative creative solutions

  • Previous creative department leadership experience, with the desire to mentor junior staff and work collaboratively to achieve results

  • Experience leading pitches to clients in collaboration with the team

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Creative Director working at a digital agency

  • Passion for developing positive, collaborative creative culture across multiple offices

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, creative problem solving and fantastic creative

  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

  • Strong verbal and writing skills

  • Clear, thoughtful communicator who is skilled at building consensus
