Job Title: Media Buyer and Analyst
Questus is a rapidly growing digital agency with offices in San Francisco, Orange County and New York. We are seeking a social/digital media buyer and analyst looking to manage and report on the paid social/digital impact for our clients.
Execute and Report on all paid aspects of social and digital media campaigns on various platforms.
Increase performance using various tactics such as optimization, strategic targeting and creative testing.
Efficiently gets work done at a high-level, able to multitask and manage various budgets.

Execution: Place paid advertising in social media specifically for Facebook, Instagram
Team Player: Work cross-functionally with advertising departments to assist in the execution of promotional campaigns and social programs.

Deep understanding of paid social platforms and the relationship of one another.
Assist with the influencer programs with paid advertising support.
Develop, analyze and report (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on paid social performance and make actionable recommendations.
Oversight on all aspects of client’s paid social and digital efforts
Analyze the results and make optimization recommendations while the media is live and use historical data to improve results for the next buying cycle
Has a clear and technical knowledge of all vendor’s strengths and weaknesses
Present and communicate report findings and metrics in an easy to understand/actionable way
Responsible for overall media objectives, budget and strategies that fulfill clients’ business goals
Demonstrates thought leadership and innovation for “out of the box” media plans and ideas when called upon
Stays abreast of media landscape changes that are applicable to our clients in the social and digital spaces
Can set up and troubleshoot technical aspects relating to our tracking methodology
Knowledge of Facebook Ad Manager and various social platforms
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager
Knowledge of TapClicks or a similar reporting dashboard
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Slides and similar programs
Setup and manage paid social campaigns
Clear understanding of difference between branding and direct response social initiatives
Experience planning and executing ad campaigns on a mix of the following channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
Understand how to track and tag all paid social efforts
3-5+ years of working experience in paid social and digital media marketing
Previous work experience in corporate/agency social media environment
