Position Overview

As Project Manager, you will apply your strong project management and communication skills against your digital advertising experience. From conception to completion, you will manage digital advertising campaigns projects. You will be the conduit between many departments and resources, ensuring team members are collaborating, and all assigned projects are on budget and on time. You are a team player and your positive attitude will keep your team motivated to deliver.
As Project Manager, you will be poised to manage numerous simultaneous projects of varying sizes. You are a great multitasker and understand how to prioritize demands as well as stay organized amidst peak agency activity.


  • Lead and manage multiple, concurrent projects from start to finish while delivering on time, on budget, and on strategy

  • Thoughtfully develop project timelines, scope and estimates for assigned projects

  • Successfully manage projects for assigned clients, including, but not limited to digital advertising campaigns (display banners, video ads, social media content, etc.)

  • Develop project timelines, and manage against timing shifts throughout the duration of projects

  • Develop project scope and estimates for assigned new projects

  • Manage resources for assigned projects

  • Collaborate with project teams and facilitate seamless integration across various departments to ensure that projects are on track

  • Communicate confidently and clearly with the internal teams, clients, and external resources

  • Manage and organize project folders and project assets

  • Ensure that all project documentation is reviewed and approved prior delivery to the client

  • Ensure digital assets pass quality assurance before final handoff

  • Manage financial tracking of all assigned projects, and proactively escalate any resource or scoping issues

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate agency output against client needs and objectives


  • Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience in Digital Advertising

  • Well-versed in display advertising and able to manage a mass volume of campaign deliverables

  • Strong understanding of financials and how they work within a project

  • Proven track record of managing projects to successful completion

  • Able to keep up with the pace and demands of a digital ad agency

  • High level of responsiveness to team communication via Slack, email, phone

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Calm under pressure, and able to do what it takes the get the job done

  • Adaptive to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes

  • Problem solver and solution-oriented

  • Attentive listener, observant and mindful

  • Upbeat, positive, can-do attitude

  • Highly organized
