Job Title: Senior Digital Strategist


The Senior Digital Strategist will work closely with our clients and Leadership Team to formulate social, content and brand strategies. You will work with a close-nit team that values collaboration and accountability. You will work on hospitality, banking, automotive and entertainment. This is both a leadership and executional role that will lead projects, educate clients and the internal team.  


  • Develop digital communications strategies for industry-leading clients

  • Manage metrics measuring digital programs success and optimizes programs for full funnel performance

  • Provide expert POV to agency and clients around evolving digital best practices

  • Takes responsibility for success of the digital programs/projects on assigned accounts; Able to manage resources and projects and has a strong design aesthetic

  • Partners with account teams on developing content to effectively target audiences on suggested social/digital platforms

  • Develop and guide creative team through creative briefs


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

  • 5-15 or years of experience preferred (not mandatory, for the right candidate)

  • Digital analytics and ad operations familiarity (content calendars, measurement planning, trafficking, tagging, site analytics, reporting views/analysis, etc.)

  • B2C and B2B client experience

  • Fluency mining 3rd-party tools for insights (ex. social listening, Crimson Hexagon, CubeU, etc.)

  • Appreciation for award winning creative work

  • Extensive experience in deck writing (primarily Keynote) and comfort presenting in front of an audience

  • Experience managing broad base of stakeholders

  • Lives for the fast-paced sometimes chaotic and entrepreneurial nature of a scrappy start-up-style agency that works with equally fast-paced and ambitious clients.
