Position Overview:
As Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for the management and growth of assigned accounts, as well as the successful delivery of client deliverables. You love digital marketing, and want to bring that passion to a boutique agency where your voice and leadership really counts.
With your leadership, you will ensure that each project meets business and marketing goals, and is mutually beneficial for both the client and for Questus. You will support your team in understanding the goals and strategy behind each project by asking the right questions, and applying learnings from your years of experience.
You will be responsible for overall client satisfaction, client profitability, and supporting the agency in overall growth.
Position Responsibilities:
In this specific role, a large percentage of your time will be dedicated to one of Questus’ leading Powersports clients in the motorcycle and ATV space. We are looking for someone with OEM motorcycle marketing experience, and a passion for this high-paced and enthusiastic industry.
Own and foster client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction
Understand client business, brand and marketing objectives, and ensure projects are delivered successfully and on strategy
Lead strategy and planning for client projects (digital, social, and web), from kickoff to completion
Meet all profit margin goals for assigned accounts
Provide team leadership, establishing a foundation of teamwork amongst assigned account and across the agency
Participate in agency business development opportunities and/or new business pitches as needed
Lead multiple, concurrent accounts/projects which meet agency success metrics
Review, analyze and evaluate agency output against client needs and objectives
Clearly and effectively lead internal and client communication
Manage internal and client demands with mutually beneficial solutions
Produce well-written, strategic briefs and present them confidently
Manage, mentor, and provide guidance & support for direct reports
Oversee the development of project plans, ensuring that project and profitability objectives are met
Drive organic year-over-year growth with assigned accounts
Occasional travel to client
Qualifications:
At least 5-7 years of working in an advertising agency managing digital and traditional projects
At least 7+ years of Account Management work experience
At least 5 years working in the Powersports industry at an agency, brand, or a leading media publication
Strong understanding of the U.S. motorcycle industry landscape; from competitive OEMs to leading industry publications, aftermarket brands and the franchise dealership network across street, off-road, and ATV categories
Experience developing annual marketing plans and roadmaps that range across paid, earned, and owned channels. Press Relations (PR) and Event Activation experience is a plus, but not required
Experience managing enterprise level websites, including eCommerce platforms.
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and a willingness to make regular content updates to our client's websites
Comfortable presenting to large audiences, including our client's most senior executives, and able to have strategic business conversations around how core marketing initiatives drive business results (awareness of the brand, sales and revenue, etc)
Project Management background is a huge plus

Is a passionate motorcycle enthusiast. Being a rider is not a requirement
Salary Range: $100k - $120k
