As Account Supervisor, you will work hand-in-hand with the Account Director on strategy discussions, while being responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects—digital, social, marketing and web.
Your experience is core to digital marketing, and you can successfully lead large-scale digital campaigns. With your expert leadership, you will ensure that each project meets business and marketing goals, and is mutually beneficial for both the client and for Questus. You will support your team in understanding the goals and strategy behind each project by asking the right questions, and applying learnings from past projects. You also demonstrate the ability to use key tenets of project management: project definition, scope management, risk management, hand-off management, and team management.
You will support the Account Director in overall account growth.
Foster client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Understand client business, brand and marketing objectives, and ensure assigned projects are delivered successfully and on strategy
Lead strategy, planning, and production for assigned projects (digital, social, marketing, traditional, and web), from kickoff to completion
Provide team leadership, and establish a foundation of teamwork amongst assigned account
Lead multiple, concurrent projects that meet agency success metrics
Review, analyze and evaluate agency output against client needs and objectives
Clearly and effectively lead internal and client communication
Present ideas and status updates to the client throughout the stages of each project
Manage internal and client demands with mutually beneficial solutions
Produce well-written, strategic briefs and present them confidently
Define and develop project plans, ensuring that project and profitability objectives are met
Identify risks, build contingency plans, and allocate appropriate resources to assigned projects
Act as the key point of contact for clients on assigned projects
Sell new ideas and proposals to clients, as appropriate
At least 3 years of working in an advertising agency managing digital projects
At least 5 years of Account Management work experience
Enjoys a fast-paced environment and excels in it
Superior presentation, written and oral communication skills
Highly developed analytical & problem solving skills
Able to multi-task and juggle multiple projects running in parallel
Calm under pressure, and able to do what it takes the get the job done
Takes initiative to drive client growth and digital innovation
Expertise in digital advertising. Traditional advertising a bonus.
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Strong client-service orientation and proven team player
Adaptive to evolving responsibilities and last minute changes
