Art Director - Motion Graphics

In the role of Art Director - Motion Graphics/Video Editor, you will assist the Creative Department by working on a wide variety of projects in lead roles. This includes conceptual development, creative oversight and digital production work.
The ideal candidate for this Art Director position will have at least 4-6 years of art director experience at an agency and have a clear understanding of digital, social media, general advertising, and direct response principles. You must have a strong eye for design and advanced skills in motion graphics/video editing.
In this role, you will also need to juggle numerous tasks, take direction and contribute ideas. We’re looking for the right person, not just the right portfolio—and for us that means a good cultural fit, who is big on the following:

At least four years of motion graphics/video editing experience on the agency side involving social media, web, digital content creation, and advertising.
Have the ability and experience to be creative, passionate, versatile, and innovative while adhering to a client's corporate brand guidelines.
You must be able to concept a digital video direction from scratch. This includes establishing a "look and feel" for motion graphics, animation style, transitions, etc.
Be an expert in Premiere and After Effects
Excellent communication skills: the ability to present, and defend creative rationales for any given project. Experience interfacing with clients.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Experience directing and mentoring junior level designers and team members in the execution of concepts and projects.
