Position Overview:

The Copywriter collaborates directly with the other creative practices in developing and executing insight-driven concept/campaign platforms and extensions. This person is responsible for aligning creative work with the platform and ensuring consistent strategy, voice, and message. The Copywriter is responsible for the overall copy, tone, and messaging of the work. This person possesses the ability to write in a variety of styles and for diverse audiences. They will take strategic direction from the Creative Director and help make the Creative Director’s vision a reality.

The Copywriter collaborates directly with Art Directors and participates in executing and ideating conceptual marketing platforms, campaigns, and tactics.

The Copywriter is responsible for aligning creative work to marketing strategy and business goals, and ensuring that it is of the highest quality.

The Copywriter applies traditional methods and mediums, adopts new technology and innovative thinking to develop and maintain excellence in digital advertising (OLA, site content and design, social tools and content, digital signage, video, mobile, tablet, apps, etc).


  • At least 3-5 years of copywriting and concepting experience at a digital advertising agency involving web site development, advertising, social media, general advertising, and direct response principles

  • Have the ability and experience to be creative, passionate, versatile, and innovative while adhering to a client's corporate brand guidelines

  • Excellent communication skills and experience interfacing with clients. The ability to present and defend creative rationales for any given project

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

Salary Range: $90k - $100k
