Supporting Driscolls’ new global brand positioning, Questus was engaged to redefine the digital presence and redesign the consumer-facing website to bring the new brand positioning and visual identify system to life. The goal was to create a platform where berry consumers can be inspired to engage and learn more about the Driscoll’s difference.
Questus started with a discovery & define phase to develop a new site strategy moving users beyond the current, functional positioning to a lifestyle and occasion-based experience situating Driscoll’s berries with everyday occasions. We developed an updated content strategy that put an emotional and lifestyle-oriented focus at cornerstone of the site.
Our new site structure encourages site exploration of a multi-content experience and provides a modern responsive experience. A collaborative effort across strategy, creative, and technology ensured a wireframing approach that satisfied recommended content strategies while implementing creative and functional opportunities.
The creative team developed the new digital representation of the redefined brand look and feel with a focus on daily occasions, beautiful recipe imagery, and a new brand voice.
Our overall approach enables Driscolls.com to create consumer connections and puts a Driscoll’s berry at the center of every day. We’re able to tell our brand story with the emotion inherent in the Driscoll’s brand and imbue functional benefits of berries with the emotion of making ordinary moments more special.
