Job Title: Media Coordinator

About Us

Questus is a rapidly growing digital agency with offices in San Francisco, Orange County and New York. We are seeking a Media Coordinator looking to grow their skill set in media by assisting and learning from our current media department.

Position Mission

As a Media Coordinator you will provide support on all media projects across social, digital and traditional campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage media insertion orders

  • Create media authorizations

  • Assist with Ad Ops and creative trafficking

  • Assist with measurement reporting

  • Compile screen shot decks

  • Pull billing reports and assist with invoice tracking

  • Assist with social media campaign set-up\

  • Pull competitive information and research

  • Schedule, prepare and coordinate meetings with vendors

  • Assist with media POV’s

  • Help proof and Q/A media campaigns

  • Assist with media planning, RFP’s, flowcharts, etc.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years media experience

  • Relevant internship, employment, or class course a must

  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
