About You:
As our Director of Strategy, you’ll be at the helm of shaping and implementing comprehensive strategies that elevate our clients’ brands across every stage of the customer journey. You’ll lead the development of brand strategy, journey maps, campaign strategy, and content strategy—each one designed to turn awareness into interest and interest into action. Your role will blend creative vision with data-driven decision-making to create seamless brand experiences that generate both impact and growth.
Essential Functions:
Customer Journeys: Map and optimize the customer journey, identifying key moments that turn curiosity into action. Leverage insights and intelligence to guide strategies that drive deep connections with consumers.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data, analytics, and AI to understand customer behavior, constantly testing and refining strategies to enhance outcomes.
Brand and Positioning Strategy: Craft unique brand identities and positioning strategies that align with clients’ objectives, establishing them as memorable and relevant at every touchpoint.
Campaign Strategy: Design and oversee integrated campaigns that guide customers through their journey, from awareness to conversion.
Content Strategy: Lead the development of content strategies that deliver consistent, engaging, and impactful messaging, tailored to each stage of the customer journey.
Client Partnership: Collaborate closely with clients to uncover their goals, needs, and challenges. Serve as a strategic advisor, transforming insights into impactful, scalable plans that drive business value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Account, Analytics, and Media teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution of strategies across all platforms and channels.
Innovation and Insights: Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI applications to bring forward-thinking solutions to clients and enhance our strategic edge.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in brand strategy, positioning, campaign strategy, and content strategy, ideally within an agency environment.
Proven expertise in customer journey mapping and data-driven strategy development.
Strong understanding of brand building, customer engagement, content and social strategies.
Experience with AI, intelligence platforms, and data analytics tools to drive targeted, efficient marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex insights into clear, compelling strategies.
Ability to work across disciplines with ease.
