Position Overview:
Manage, mentor, and provide guidance to the client services department for the agency, including account management and project management disciplines
Provide direction and thought leadership to drive growth through full-funnel, data-driven holistic marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients
Develop strategy and help integrate new service lines (media, data analytics, creative strategy, etc.) into existing client accounts
Build and maintain strong client executive relationships to foster long term partnerships, and prospect referrals
Identify ways to drive incremental value to clients and deliver breakthrough, award-winning work
Contribute to the development of innovative advertising strategies that meet and exceed client objectives
Ensure that all agency accounts are meeting profitability goals
Manage and lead organic business development process, leading to 20% targeted YoY growth on agency accounts
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans for client services that align with overall agency goals
Participate in new business development opportunities
Qualifications:
12+ years working in an advertising agency in client services; 6+ years in management
Proven track record in building strong client relationships that result in organic growth and award-winning work
Expertise in managing full 360 integrated work, including but not limited to managing strategy, creative (content, digital, social, TV and OOH), media, and data & analytics disciplines
Proven, well-respected leader in previous agency positions for being highly strategic, driven, and collaborative
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field a plus
At Questus, our compensation approach aligns with a pay-for-performance philosophy, rewarding outstanding individual and team achievements. For this role, the salary range is typically $175,000 - $225,000 USD per year. The final base pay is determined by factors like location, job-related skills, experience, and internal equity. Additionally, permanent employees may qualify for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to specific eligibility criteria.
