With over 1.1 million members, Golden 1 Credit Union offers banking products and services for Californians at any stage of their financial journey. However, with new digital-only competitors, Golden 1 needed a transformational campaign to modernize their brand and stand out among them in the marketplace.
To achieve this transformation, Questus created a comprehensive creative strategy for Golden 1 that could flex across their products while highlighting the unique experiences of Californians and the diverse geography of the state. Our solution: redefine Golden 1 as a digitally-driven banking leader through life’s key moments.
