A certified B-corp and the first vitamin company to go organic, New Chapter partnered with Questus to help differentiate the brand in a sea of sameness, reflecting the intention that goes into every bottle, and ultimately, increasing DTC revenue.

Questus helped New Chapter identify their core audience segments, then developed a DTC digital strategy to optimize engagement and conversion across the consumer journey. A key pillar in this strategy was a reimagined DTC e-commerce experience. Rooted in audience strategy and custom analytics tracking, Questus redesigned to reflect the brand ethos and optimize customer browsing, time on site, content engagement, shopping, and purchases.
